Make this Homemade Coconut Cake at your home and share your experience with us in the comments section below. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br /> <br />For Cake <br /> <br />1 cup Flour <br />2 tbsp Milk Powder <br />½ tsp Baking Powder <br />½ tsp Soda <br />1 cup Desiccated Coconut <br />2 tbsp Butter <br />200 ml Condensed Milk <br />3/4th cup Coconut Milk <br /> <br />For Sweet Sauce <br /> <br />1 cup Coconut Milk <br />¼ tsp Coconut Essence <br />5 tbsp Condensed Milk <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a bowl, sieve flour, milk powder, baking powder and soda. <br />- Mix desiccated coconut in the dry ingredient mixture. <br />- In another bowl, add butter, condensed milk and coconut milk. <br />- Whisk all the dry and wet ingredients well. <br />- Butter the cake mold and dust it with flour. <br />- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes. <br />- Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 180 degree. <br />- Unmold the cake and allow it to coll for an hour. <br />- Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the cake. <br />- Pour the sweet sauce while serving. <br /> <br />Sweet Sauce <br /> <br />- Add coconut essence in coconut milk along with condensed milk. <br />- Mix it well and the sweet sauce is ready. <br />- Refrigerate it till you serve.
